Artist's Description
I took this photo during a back-stage tour of the Ryman Auditorium, in Nashville, TN. The Ryman is the former home of the Grand Ole Opry and the Union Gospel Tabernacle. It is a fabulous venue for concerts, with acoustics second only to the Mormon Tabernacle. People like Hank Williams, Little Jimmy Dickens, Patsy Cline, The Everly Brothers and Willie Nelson helped make this place famous.
About John Black
Hi, my name is John Black. I grew up in west central Florida. I've been toying with amateur photography for about 15 years, but never got very serious about it until a couple of years ago when I purchased my first Nikon professional digital camera. I travel frequently in my real job, and I am never without my camera just in case I stumble on that once in a lifetime photo opportunity. My photography interests are vast, and include railroading, nature, coastal beaches, winter scenes, animals (wildlife), and much more. I hope you enjoy my photos, take your time viewing them and just maybe you will find something you can't do without.

Yeah it's very cool. I've worked Josh twice — once at the Riverfront Stage down on the river for 4th of July and over at Reba McIntyre's place, Starstruck Studios, which is down off of Music Row.

Thanks Don. I was in Nashville for a Josh Turner concert at the Ryman. What a fabulous place.

Nice shot John, and a perfect discription of the venue. Since I am based out of Nashville, I have had the opportunity to shoot there on numerous occasions.

Never been inside, but I'd love to shoot a wide angle from the stage - this is a great shot John.
